Dear MaxoTel Customers and Partners,

As part of MaxoTel’s ongoing commitment to service performance and stability, MaxoTel engineers will be conducting scheduled network maintenance between the following times:
Start: 11.30PM (QLD) Friday 14th Feb 2025
End: 1.30AM (QLD) Saturday 15th Feb 2025

Due to the nature of the works, the following impacts are expected during the maintenance period:

  • 2x up to 5 minute connectivity interruptions to all services

During this maintenance, MaxoTel engineers will be reconfiguring services in preparation for a future upgrade. Our engineers will work to minimise any interruption as much as possible, and monitor changes to ensure all services are restored promptly.

If you experience a loss of connectivity and your device does not automatically reconnect, please allow 15 minutes then power cycle the device.
