Dear Customers and Partners,

As part of MaxoTel’s commitment to service performance and reliability, senior MaxoTel engineers will be conducting scheduled network maintenance between the following times:
Start: 11PM, Sat 27th July 2024 AEST
End: 6AM, Sun 28th July 2024 AEST

Due to the nature of these works, during the maintenance window the following interruptions to service are expected:

  • Up to 4x 15 minute connectivity interruptions to all services
  • 2-3 minute rolling connectivity interruptions to individual PBX hosts, SIP servers and supplementary services

These works are to upgrade and replace portions of our network, providing additional capacity and reliability.
Our engineers will work to minimise any interruption as much as possible and will be monitoring the changes to ensure all services are restored promptly.
If your devices have not reconnected at the conclusion of the maintenance window, please restart the device.
