MaxoTel network engineers will be conducting emergency network maintenance between the following times:

• Start: 11:00PM, 31/08/2026
• End: 2:00AM, 01/09/2026
• Expected impact: up to 4x 5 minute disruptions

During this window MaxoTel network engineers will be carrying out the replacement of network switching equipment. These works may result in brief service interruptions during the maintenance window.
Senior MaxoTel engineers will be overseeing the changes to ensure impact to services is minimised.

If you experience a loss of connectivity and your device does not automatically reconnect, please allow 15 minutes the power cycle the device.
