PBX and Web Services Intermittent Connectivity

Engineers observed the failure of some virtual services affecting PBX SIP registration and the establishment of new SIP sessions (and new calls) between 11:17 and 11:35 today, however ongoing calls and SIP trunking calls were not affected.

Some web services were unavailable until 12:17
