Dear Customers and Partners,

Please be advised that emergency works on the network underpinning our IPoE NBN connections are scheduled to take place between the following times:

Start Time: 10PM 11th May 2026 (AEST)
End Time: 3AM 12th May 2026 (AEST)

During this window, IPoE authenticated NBN connections may experience some downtime.
PPPoE authenticated NBN services are not affected.
Should you wish to switch your service to PPPoE authentication, please contact our support team. Please note this change requires reconfiguration of your router and can be completed in under 30 mins on average during business hours.

These works are a continuation of efforts to restore management tools, IP addressing and improve service stability.
If at the conclusion of the works your NBN connection has not automatically reconnected, please restart your router.
