Dear Customers and Partners,

Please be advised that emergency works on the network underpinning our NBN connections are scheduled to take place between the following times:

Start Time: 10PM 7th May 2026 (AEST)
End Time: 3AM 8th May 2026 (AEST)

During this window, NBN connections may experience some downtime.

These works are a continuation from last night’s maintenance to deploy replacement infrastructure required to restore NBN connection management functionality and address allocation, in collaboration with vendor engineers.
If at the conclusion of the works your NBN connection has not automatically reconnected, please restart your router.
