Dear Customers and Partners,
MaxoTel is aware of an upstream connectivity issue affecting inbound calls to virtual mobile numbers, resulting in the caller being unable to hear the recipient. Outbound calls and inbound calls to geographic or 13/18 numbers are unaffected.
The upstream’s technicians are working to rectify this as soon as possible. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can connect normally by calling back the affected caller.
We will provide updates as soon as a we receive any further information or ETAs from the upstream.
