The interruption to inbound SMS messaging has now been resolved and new inbound SMS messages are being delivered successfully.
Any inbound SMS messages received during the interruption were queued and will be delivered shortly.

Problem Identified

Dear Customers and Partners,

We are aware of an upstream issue affecting inbound SMS messaging for some virtual mobile numbers. Outbound SMS messaging and MaxoSIMs are not affected.

Upstream engineers are working to correct the issue, however we do not yet have an ETA for resolution. We will post any updates or ETAs as soon as we receive them.
