The issue was confirmed to be resolved as of 11:28AM on 10/10/19.

The issue has been identified and a workaround put in place. MaxoTel engineers are continuing to closely monitor the situation. Scheduled maintenance will be conducted after hours (after 11PM) to further investigate the cause of the issue.

MaxoTel is aware of connectivity issues affecting some customers this morning.
The symptoms include periodic audio drop-outs on calls. In some cases, phones may also lose their connection.
This is being investigated as a matter of urgency and updates will be provided as soon as possible.
