Dear Customers and Partners,

MaxoTel is aware of an outage effecting Aussie Broadband customers. Note that this is not a MaxoTel outage, rather an internet service outage at Aussie Broadband.

Due to unexpectedly high call volumes (relating to this issue), our support team may be slower than usual to answer at this time. Rest assured that there is currently no issue at MaxoTel and affected customers will need to contact their ISP.

If you have a backup internet connection, or fail-over to mobile configuration on our PBX we suggest switching to this now, where available.
