Dear Customers and Partners,

We are aware of some customers experiencing degraded audio quality on calls in the last 15 minutes.

Engineers have identified an issue with one of our internet transit providers’ networks and have routed around the problem. The audio quality problem should now be resolved.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and advise if there are any further developments. We don’t anticipate any further interruptions to service.
