Dear Customers,

This evening (24/10/2018) one of our major upstream carriers will be conducting emergency maintenance on some datacenter connectivity infrastructure. The maintenance window for these works is between 11PM and 6AM AEDST.

We don’t anticipate that this will cause any issues, however there is a chance that it may cause brief periods of service degradation on inbound calls to certain numbers. In the event that such an issue occurs, service will be restored to normal operation within 10 minutes.

Outbound calling, the Portal and all other services are unaffected by these works.

Please accept our apologies for the late notice of these works. In this instance, due to the nature of the works, the carrier has only advised us of the works this afternoon.
