MaxoTel is aware of worsening issues on inbound calling, including call drop-outs and intermittent unavailability to inbound numbers.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and are working with the affected upstream carrier for a resolution and will update as soon as possible.

Problem Identified

Dear Customers and Partners,

The issue has been confirmed to be an upstream carrier network problem.
We have re-routed traffic, and outbound calls are no longer affected, however, some inbound calls may still experience the issue.

We are working with the affected carrier for a resolution to inbound calling and will update as soon as possible.
