Dear Customers and Partners,

The e-mail issue has now been resolved. You can now reach our team via direct e-mail again.

While we couldn’t access our mailboxes, It appears that e-mails were still being received throughout the morning. If you e-mailed us this morning, it has now been received, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We are currently experiencing limited access to e-mail due to a widespread Microsoft Office 365 outage.

Direct e-mails to the majority of our team members are not being received at this time, however, our main support address ( support@maxo.com.au ) is still working.
