This issue has now been resolved and calls are working normally again.
The issue was an upstream carrier problem, which has now been resolved.

Dear Customers and Partners,

In the last 10 minutes we have become aware of an issue affecting Telstra customers being unable to call numbers on the MaxoTel network. At this stage the issue appears to be only affecting callers in Queensland, but this has yet to be confirmed.

Outbound calls are unaffected.

We are investigating this issue as a matter of urgency and will update as soon as possible.
