Dear Customers and Partners,

As part of our ongoing commitment to service quality, MaxoTel will be conducting planned infrastructure upgrades during the Christmas/New Year holiday period. These upgrades will increase the capacity of the MaxoTel network and ensure smooth operation as we continue to grow.

The works will begin on Friday 28th of December 2018 at 9:00PM (AEST) and will conclude by 12PM Midday on Sunday the 30th of December 2018.

Telephony Service Interruptions
During this window, service interruptions to phone operation of up to 30 minutes may be experienced between the hours of 10:00PM and 1:00AM on the 28th and 29th (late night works). Due care will be taken to minimise the risk of any telephony service interruptions outside of these late night works windows.

Other Service Interruptions
Throughout the maintenance window, services such as the Portal and call history may be periodically unavailable, as upgrades to these systems will be performed outside of the late night works windows.
